How it works
Step 1. Schedule a Free Consultation
Initially, we’ll meet on a free 30-minute Zoom call to discuss any issues you want to address in our energy healing session. This is not the healing session itself, but simply a consultation call to learn more about your specific needs before the session.
Step 2. Before the Session
Choose a quiet, comfortable area to sit or lay down where you won’t be interrupted for the duration of the session. Headphones are recommended but not necessary. Have drinking water available. Some sessions involve emotional release and it’s a good idea to have tissues within reach.
Step 3. The Healing Session
The beauty of distance sessions allows clients to experience the healing in the comfort of their own home without the inconvenience of travel. Each healing session is customized to fit the client’s needs. During the healing session we will work on the feelings ready to be released. Generally, clients are asked to sit or lie down comfortably and will be guided into a meditation of relaxation. As the connection is maintained, I hold space and work on the energetic body with different hand placements. A recipient may feel a warming sensation or tingling during the session or nothing at all but sheer relaxation. Other times, an intense emotional release can occur while others fall asleep with nothing to report. In both cases, the experience will be exactly as it is needed to be.
Step 4. Aftercare
As the session ends, clients are encouraged to slowly sit up and a post discussion is held. Action steps will be suggested to anchor and integrate the energetic shifts as the healing continues beyond the session. Follow-up sessions might be recommended.
